A New Beginning!

RKM Training has officially begun a new era. We have a new baby in our family and have opened a brand new Personal Training Studio in Carolina Forest. I spent 2016 and some of 2017 seeing clients privately and working out of different area gyms. Things were going very well for me, but I wanted a place for us to call home.

The studio is approximately 1500 square feet. We are very happy with the location and space. It's on Gateway Rd, behind the Doctor's care and across from Carolina Forest Elementary.

We've arranged for it to open up fully equipped with machines, free weights and circuit training equipment. We have about 500 square feet of space dedicated to kickboxing, mma and self-defense training with Dollamur Flexi-roll mats and an array of bags from Outslayer. The mats will also roll out of the way to allow us to have a wide open area for circuit and interval training.

Our kid's kickboxing program has taken off, and we even have athletic training for toddlers and preschoolers!

We are so excited. We can now offer an even higher level of service to our clients. We've got a little playroom built for the kids to hang out in. If you haven't come by and checked the place out yet, please do!
